Where is Tainan?

Tainan is a city located in southwestern Taiwan, on the western side of the island along the Taiwan Strait. Tainan lies approximately 50 kilometers and a 45-minute high-speed railway ride north of Kaohsiung, Taiwan's second-largest city.
