Why Vietnam is called the Tiny Dragon of Asia?

Vietnam is not referred to as the Tiny Dragon of Asia. The "Asian Tigers" is a term generally used to describe the rapidly growing economies of multiple countries in Southeast Asia including South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, which saw tremendous economic growth and industrialization during the late 20th century.
