Why does it not snow in Australia?

This is not accurate, it does snow in Australia. While it is true that Australia is generally a warm country, with most of its landmass located in the tropics, it does experience snowfall in certain areas. The Snowy Mountains in New South Wales and the Australian Alps in Victoria are known for their winter snowfalls and are popular skiing and snowboarding destinations.
