Where is Timor-Leste?

Timor-Leste is located in Southeastern Asia, occupying the eastern half of the island of Timor and the Oecusse enclave on the northwestern side of the island. It is bordered by Indonesia to the west and surrounded by the Timor Sea to the south and the Banda Sea to the north.

Timor-Leste also includes many small neighboring islands: Atauro Island, Jaco Island, Wetar Island, and the small islands called the Jaco Island Group.
