    • As of September 2010, Royal Caribbean sails to Jamaica's northern coastal town of Ocho Rios.     • The Western Caribbean Cruise offered by Princess Cruises includes stops in Grand Cayman Island and Montego Bay, Jamaica. As of September 2010, eight Princess Cruises ships sail to the Caribbean, and on each vessel guests can enjoy on-board swimming, bars and lounges, spas, live entertainment, shopping and children's activities. There are also educational courses available. Each cruise provides passengers plenty of on-shore time to explore nature, shopping, entertainment and dining.

    • Ocho Rios, Jamaica and Grand Cayman Island are both ports of call for the seven-day Western Caribbean cruise offered by Norwegian Cruise Line. As of September 2010, cruise passengers can take advantage of the line's freestyle cruising option that allows you to choose what you want to do and when you want to do it. Activities include dining, gaming, kid's clubs, massage and spa therapy, swimming, live entertainment and more.
