Which national flag has different designs in the front and back?

The national flag of Paraguay has different designs in the front and back. The front of the flag is composed of three equal horizontal band of red (top), white, and blue with the national coat of arms emblazoned in the center of the white band. However, the national coat of arms is not displayed on the backside of the flag instead the reverse side feature seal of treasury.
