Why Bosnia the greatest threat to Europe in world war 1?

Bosnia wasn't the greatest threat to Europe in World War 1. The assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria, heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne, by a Bosnian Serb nationalist in Sarajevo on June 28, 1914, was the trigger that set off a chain of events leading to the outbreak of World War I. However, Bosnia itself was not the greatest threat to Europe at the time. The major powers involved in the war, including Austria-Hungary, Germany, Russia, France, and Great Britain, were the primary threats to European stability and peace.
