Will East Prussia ever become a country again?

It is highly unlikely that East Prussia will ever become a country again. After World War II, the region was divided between Poland, the Soviet Union, and Lithuania, and its German population was expelled. Although there are some descendants of the former East Prussian population who would like to see the region restored as a country, there is no broad support for this idea among the current population of the region. Additionally, the international community would be unlikely to recognize East Prussia as a new country.
