Use the toilet or urinal to expel waste from your body.
Wipe the waste from your rear after a bowel movement using toilet paper. This optional process helps increase cleanliness for your body and the bidet.
Face the bidet and lower your body. Hover over the bidet and position your body so that you are straddling the bidet.
Grasp the handles and turn them slightly, until the water is at the appropriate temperature. Turn the handles further to get the water to an appropriate height. The water should be about the height of your pelvis.
Move your body towards the bidet, until you feel the water cleaning your body. If you wish to experience an extra sense of freshness, wash your body with soap.
Grasp a towel and pat yourself dry. Use a paper towel if you do not have a towel laid out for this specific purpose.
Wash your hands in the sink using hot water and soap.
