Was Berlin and Tokyo destroyed by the atomic bomb in world war 2?

Berlin and Tokyo were not destroyed by atomic bombs in World War II. The only two cities to be hit by atomic bombs were Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan in August 1945.
