Is the Emperor Quartet German national anthem?

The Emperor Quartet is not the German national anthem. The national anthem of Germany is called "Deutschlandlied", also known as "Das Lied der Deutschen" (The Song of the Germans) or "Deutschland, Deutschland über alles" (Germany, Germany Above All).
