Where do they speak dutch in Belgium?

Dutch is the official language spoken by the majority of the population in Flanders, the northern region of Belgium. The Flemish Region includes the provinces of Antwerp, East Flanders, Flemish Brabant, Limburg, and West Flanders. Brussels, the capital city of Belgium, is also officially bilingual and has a substantial Dutch-speaking population.
