When Was the Irish National Army Created?

There is no "National Army – Ireland." You're likely referring to the Irish National Army (later the Óglaigh na hÉireann / Defence Forces), which was formally established on 11 January 1922 as the army of the nascent Irish Free State. It originated from the pro-Treaty IRA factions during the Civil War and was statutory recognized under the Defence Forces (Temporary Provisions) Act 1923.
