Does wales and Scotland northern Ireland have their own presidents?

Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland are all part of the United Kingdom, and as such, they do not have their own presidents. The head of state for the United Kingdom is the monarch, who is currently King Charles III. The monarch is represented in each of the constituent countries by a Lord Lieutenant.
