Spain shares land borders with five countries/territories:

• Portugal – to the west
• France – to the north
• Andorra – to the northeast
• Gibraltar (UK) – to the south
• Morocco (via Ceuta and Melilla) – to the south

Spain also has maritime boundaries with Algeria and Italy.
