What was the message sent to Mexico that intercepted by british and caused us enter ww1?

There was no such message. The United States entered World War I in 1917 because of Germany's unrestricted submarine warfare campaign, its attacks on American merchant ships, and its attempt to entice Mexico to invade the United States in the Zimmermann Telegram.
