Can Mexico have Neodymium or samarium natural resources?

Mexico does have reserves of rare earth elements, including neodymium and samarium. These reserves are located mainly in the northern states of Coahuila and San Luis Potosi. It is worth noting that while Mexico has potential rare earth element resources, the extent of exploration and development of these resources is relatively limited compared to some other countries with significant rare earth element deposits.
