Where is Transjordanian Palestine today and who lives in that part of Palestine?

There is no region called "Transjordanian Palestine". Transjordan, sometimes called Jordan on the East Bank, is a region of Jordan which is located across the Jordan River. The majority of the population of this area is Jordanian.
