Where is Gisborne in New Zealand?

Gisborne is a city in the North Island of New Zealand. It is located on the East Coast, about 150 kilometres northeast of Napier and 260 kilometres southeast of Tauranga. Gisborne is the largest city in the Gisborne District and the eighth-largest city in New Zealand. The city has a population of approximately 35,000 people.
