What mountains are in the mid Atlantic states?

There are no mountains in the mid-Atlantic states. The mid-Atlantic states are Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. The Appalachian Mountains are located to the west of these states.
