What bodies of water surround Pennsylvania?

Pennsylvania has two natural bodies of water as borders of the state. Lake Erie is the natural western and northwestern boundary of Pennsylvania with Erie County bordering Lake Erie. While the Delaware River is the eastern boundary of Pennsylvania with Philadelphia County bordering the Delaware River.
