Atlanta Connection?

Atlanta has a strong local club — Atlanta Reef Club (ARC) — which is a MASNA-affiliated society. MACNA has been held in Atlanta (2001, 2010, 2019). But MASNA's legal HQ and administration are in St. Louis.
