In Egypt would you be able to see the southern cross constellations?

No, the Southern Cross constellation cannot be seen from Egypt. The Southern Cross is visible only from latitudes south of the Tropic of Cancer, which is located at approximately 23.5 degrees north latitude. Egypt is located north of the Tropic of Cancer, so the Southern Cross is not visible from there.
