Where are the channel islands located near?

The Channel Islands are located off the coast of California. They are situated in the Pacific Ocean, approximately 12 miles off the coast of Santa Barbara. The Channel Islands are composed of eight main islands, including Santa Cruz Island, Anacapa Island, San Miguel Island, Santa Rosa Island, San Nicolas Island, Santa Barbara Island, Catalina Island, and San Clemente Island.
