Does California allow criminal conversation lawsuits?

California abolished the tort of criminal conversation by statute in 1872 with the enactment of Civil Code §43.5. This statute provides that "[n]o cause of action arises for: (a) Alienation of affection. (b) Criminal conversation. (c) Seduction of person over the age of legal consent.”
