Alaska
Alaska is a major oil and natural gas producing state in the United States. The state's oil and gas production is primarily located in the North Slope region, where the Prudhoe Bay oil field is located. Prudhoe Bay is one of the largest oil fields in North America, and it produces about 10% of the United States' total oil production. Alaska also produces natural gas from the Cook Inlet region, as well as from the North Slope.
Hawaii
Hawaii has small amounts of oil and natural gas reserves. The state's oil reserves are located offshore, while the natural gas reserves are located on land. The state currently does not produce any oil or natural gas.
