Is there an in the UK?

There is not one single in the United Kingdom. Rather, the UK has four separate legal systems, each with its own high court:

* England and Wales share a single legal system, with the High Court of Justice in England and Wales serving as the highest court.

* Scotland has its own legal system, with the High Court of Justiciary serving as the highest court.

* Northern Ireland also has its own legal system, with the High Court of Northern Ireland serving as the highest court.

* While not a part of the UK, the British Crown Dependency of the Isle of Man has the High Court of Justice and General Gaol Delivery of the Isle of Man as its highest court.
