Keene is a small collegiate town in the southwest corner of New Hampshire. It is home to Keene State, a liberal arts college. The town’s Main Street is known as the country’s widest street. Lined with trees and red brick buildings, Main Street leads from the center of town to the college sports fields. The Ashuelot River is a main natural attraction in the town, crossing Ashuelot River Park and the Ashuelot Rail Trail.

The hotel boasts five floors, 98 rooms, two suites, four meeting rooms, 2,253-square-feet of total meeting space, and a new lobby. The one-bedroom two-room suite includes one king bed, a sofa-bed, and a Whirlpool. This is the only LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) hotel in Keene. Certification is based on how well a building conserves energy and water, reduces carbon dioxide emissions, and improves indoor environmental quality.
