The Warwick hotel probably began its early fame because of who built it: The famous William Randolph Hearst, the most powerful newspaper tycoon in United States history. This four-star midtown hotel is located across from New York's Museum of Modern Art and within walking distance of Broadway and Rockefeller Center.
