Boarding begins at 6 p.m. and the ship leaves the port at 7 p.m. The two-hour cruise includes seafood au gratin, a carving station with beef top sirloin and almond-crusted boneless pork loin, peel and eat shrimp, herb-roasted chicken, seasonal vegetables, fresh salads, fruit and an assortment of desserts. The cost of a cruise is $48.95 for adults and and $27.95 for children 12 and under. Patrons will also enjoy the ship's live band, which covers songs from the '50s through today, while the ship provides plenty of room for socializing and dancing.

If you want to participate in more than just a dining experience, then the Diamond Casino Riverboat is a great option. The ship features two floors of Vegas-style gambling with all of the popular games you'd expect to see at a casino. Food choices include a variety of appetizers and salads, sandwiches and wraps. Entrees and desserts are available starting as low as $3 for basic salads and remaining low at $14 entrees.
Visitors must be 21 years old to board and participate in the Diamond Casino's activities. The casino leaves the port at 7 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays, and 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. every other day of the week.

Another casino option, the Emerald Princess II, charges $10 to board and leaves port for international waters at varying times throughout the week. The Emerald Princess provides a full-course meal during travel hours, which includes soups, salads, appetizers, entrees and desserts.
