Is the SS Tipton a real boat?

The SS Tipton is not a real boat. It is a fictional passenger ship that appeared in the Disney Channel series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and its spin-off, The Suite Life on Deck. The ship was named after the owner, Marion Moseby, who was the manager of the Tipton Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts.
