Can you raft in the great lakes?

Rafting is not a common activity on the Great Lakes due to the size and nature of the lakes. The Great Lakes are very large bodies of water, covering thousands of square miles.

The waves on the Great Lakes are often large, reaching several feet in height. While rafting can be done in rivers with waves, the large waves on the Great Lakes make rafting a very dangerous activity.
