What is the punishment for hiding a vehicle from lender in Oregon?

In addition to any civil liability that could be invoked, the penalties, including restitution, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle apply if a person transfers, conceals, or removes from the state any motor vehicle under a security agreement knowing they have no right to do so.
