Alamo care rental has a location on Disney property at the Disney World Car Care Center. Guests staying in a Disney hotel can take a shuttle to the car care center to pick up the car. Upon returning the vehicle, the shuttle returns guests back to their hotel. Customers need to contact the car care center in advance to arrange shuttle pickup.
Avis Rental Car is located at the Hilton across from Downtown Disney. Guests staying at Disney World can take a Disney bus to downtown Disney and then cross the street to the Hilton's Avis location. Transportation may also be available through the Avis location if you are staying off the Disney property and need a way to get to the rental office.
