What foods do Vietnam eat on Christmas?

Christmas is not widely celebrated in Vietnam. Instead, the Vietnamese celebrate the Lunar New Year, known as Tết, which usually takes place in January or February. During Tết, Vietnamese people celebrate with traditional food, such as bánh tét (sticky rice cake) and bánh chưng (square sticky rice cake), as well as other dishes such as roast pork and spring rolls.
