Brookneal, Virginia is an unincorporated community located in Campbell County, Virginia. Located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 501 and Virginia Route 40, the economy of Brookneal was traditionally supported by the warehousing of tobacco. While the tobacco industry has left Brookneal, a number of enticing attractions for tourists are nearby including the The Patrick Henry National Memorial, dedicated to "Voice of the American Revolution."
