Chino Valley is a small, rural town in Arizona's Yavapai County. It is located on Highway 89 with links to cities such as Phoenix and Flagstaff. It is a mountain town set amidst hundreds of square miles of scenic wilderness. The good transport links also mean that the town has several motels or motor hotels with others just a short drive away, in nearby Prescott.

The Motel 6 is located just under 16 miles south of Chino Valley, near downtown Prescott. It is a budget motel which offers accommodations close to downtown shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It has its own outdoor pool and guest laundry. There is no on-site restaurant so local dining options include Murphy's, The Rose and Cafe Raven. Things to do nearby include Bucky's Casino, Prescott Gallery and The Mountain Arts Guild.
