Coconut Grove is one of the oldest settled sections of Miami. It sits in a curve on Biscayne Bay just south of downtown. All rooms are suites and have in-suite Jacuzzis, king-size beds and kitchens, all of which come in handy when you need a break from the high-octane club and restaurant scene on South Beach. The hotel has an outdoor pool and spa and the penthouse suite has its own ocean-view patio and private spa. There is no restaurant but guests get weekday passes to a beach-front cabana and club with full restaurant facilities and South Miami Beach is a hot spot for bars, restaurants and beachside cafes within steps of the hotel door.
