Moat House hotels will no longer be found as a standalone brand of hotels. Instead, the brand has chosen to sell each of their properties to varying hotel franchises. As of 2005, International Hotels--which includes hotel brands such as Holiday Inn and Best Western--now runs most of the hotels previously owned by Moat House. All across London, many former Moat House hotels are found, complete with standard amenities.
