Dallas Love Field is an airport located in northwest Dallas, five miles away from the downtown business district. It was the primary airport for Dallas until Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport opened in 1974. Love Field, a Southwest Airlines hub, still amasses enough air traffic to warrant a variety of hotel options nearby.
An eight-story hotel with views of the Dallas skyline, the Embassy Suites Dallas-Love Field offers a free airport shuttle. Amenities include refrigerators, coffee makers and microwaves in each room. The hotel offers State Fair and Cowboys Stadium packages, which includes transportation to and from the events.
