The self-proclaimed "Pie Capital of Louisiana," Lecompte, Louisiana is a small town located in the suburbs of Alexandria, Louisiana. With an area of only one square mile, Lecompte doesn't have any hotels. However, you can stay nearby and visit the Louisiana History Museum in Alexandria, or the Alexandria Zoological Park. West of Lecompte is the Alexander Forest Wildlife Management area.
