Maximum occupancy in the two bedroom units is eight people. The motel also offers a grass courtyard, heated pool and barbecue grills.
The Monterey is open year round, but the front desk is closed on Wednesdays. Daily and monthly rates vary according to season. The motel accepts pets with a $25 fee but rooms are subject to availability. Check in is 2 p.m. and check out is 10 a.m..
The Sails is located in North Redington Beach, less than a mile north of Redington Shores. The two-story beachfront property offers motel rooms, studio efficiencies with kitchen appliances and one- and two-bedrooms apartments. Maximum occupancy is four people in the two-bedroom apartment.
The Sails boasts a 20-foot wide by 40-foot long heated outdoor pool, daily maid service and guest laundry facilities on site as well as a beach pavilion and tropical gardens.
The Sails does not accept pets and requires a reservation deposit that is refundable up to 21 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 21 days or arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. The motel charges for local and long distance phone calls.
The Billows is a small motel owned by Joe and Donna Pachowicz located across the street from the ocean in Redington Beach. It offers motel rooms and one-bedroom efficiencies with a five-day minimum stay. All rooms include air conditioning, cable television and weekly maid service. The fenced property boasts a large heated pool with lounge chairs. The Billows does not accept pets.
