The Pala Mesa is off of the Escondido Freeway in the neighboring town of Fallbrook. Rooms are available with two queen beds or one king, along with refrigerators, private balconies, cable TV and high-speed Internet access. The par 72 golf course is open to guests and the public, and the resort also includes an outdoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts and access to the Temecula Wineries and local casinos and beaches. The La Costa Resort is near the Batiquitos Lagoon in the nearby city of Carlsbad.
