Parker's is well-situated for visitors interested in seeing the many attractions in the area, including Mount Washington and the White Mountains National Forest.

The five-acre property has a heated outdoor pool. Immediately behind the motel is a hiking trail that leads through the forest and up the mountain to the nearby Georgiana Falls. A half-mile to the north of the motel is the Whale's Tale Waterpark that features water slides for all ages and a giant wave pool, among other features. The motel does not have a restaurant, but guests can choose from numerous dining options including Woodward's Restaurant, next door to the water park. Guests can also have a meal on the Cafe Lafayette Dinner Train, which leaves Lincoln each evening for a two-hour dinner ride through the forest and along the Pemigewasset River.
