All 120 RV sites have full water, sewer and 30 and 50-amp electrical hook-ups, cable TV and picnic areas. Phone hook-ups are also available but will need to be activated. Most sites are 20 feet in width and can accommodate vehicle up to 40 feet in length. Happy Traveler also has a swimming pool, spa, laundry room, restrooms and shower facilities. Wireless Internet can be accessed throughout the park, and propane is delivered weekly. Happy Traveler has daily, weekly and monthly rates which include all taxes, cable TV and utilities.

Desert Shadows RV Resort is located a little over eight miles away from Palm Springs, in Cathedral City. Desert Shadows is a 55 and older community with five clubhouses, a full fitness center, library, billiards room, putting green and dance studio. Guests can swim in the resort's six pools, play horseshoes, barbecue, picnic, play tennis and relax in a spa or sauna. The resort also has a terrace with views of the mountains, card rooms and a lounge with a kitchen and fireplace. Daily rates have a minimum stay of three days. Desert Shadows has weekly and monthly rates as well.
