Why is it always warm in Brazil and Peru?

Brazil and Peru are not always warm. There are seasonal variations in temperature depending on the region. For example, the Amazon region in Brazil is tropical and has a hot, humid climate all year round. However, the southern region of Brazil can experience cold temperatures and even snow during the winter months. Similarly, Peru has a variety of climates, ranging from tropical in the Amazon rainforest to cold and dry in the Andes mountains.
