Pioneer Guest Cabins were built in 1939 and originally served as a base camp for skiers at the Pioneer Ski Resort. The cabins have since been restored and updated with modern conveniences. Four 2-bedroom and four 3-bedroom cabins are available for rent. Each cabin includes a picnic table, log chairs, charcoal grill, fire ring, private hammock, fully-equipped kitchen and bed/bath linens. Guests of all cabins have access to TV and VCR rentals, VHS tape library, telephone, books, games and free wireless Internet at the cabin office. All cabins are non-smoking and pets are allowed if leashed.

Bear Cub Cabin is located at an altitude of 8,885 feet, 12 minutes from the ski slopes and three minutes from town. The cabin includes a main house, guest house and garage quarters. The main house includes three bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, washer, dryer, garage and fire place. In the guest house is one bedroom, a bathroom, living area and kitchenette. The garage quarters include sleeping area, a bathroom and washer and dryer. In total, the cabin area has sleeping space for up to 26 people. You must rent the entire property. Amenities include wireless Internet access, large yard and large deck.

The 790 Gothic House is a log cabin with sleeping arrangements for up to 23 guests. The ski resort is located a 10 minute walk or 2 minute shuttle ride away. Amenities of the home include high speed Internet access, two full kitchens, workout room, three master suites, pool table, three televisions, VCRs, DVD players, stereo, office room, two laundry rooms, large deck, gas grill and 10-person outdoor hot tub.
