The Met has rooftop dining at the Roof Garden Café with views of the midtown skyline. The menu offers gourmet sandwiches like ham and brie on a baguette and roasted portobello mushroom on tomato foccacia bread. Drinks are named after pieces in the exhibition like Balloon Dog, a vodka and sparkling pear juice cocktail and Sacred Heart, made with pomegranate juice and vodka. Beers and wines by the glass are also available. The Café is open seasonally from May through late fall, Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays.
