Cultural activities are an important part of Bellevue. The Bellevue Art Museum is a center for art discovery as well as exhibition. The city has five theaters -- Theatre at Meydenbauer Center, Bellevue Civic Theatre, the Lee Theater, Music Works Northwest and Carlson Theater -- where singles can take in a live performance, with the 2,000 seat state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center Eastside in the works.
