What language most resembles Turkish?

Turkish resembles Azeri the most among living languages. These two are categorized in the same branch of the Turkic language family, called Oghuz. Oghuz family of Turkic languages are spoken widely in Turkey and the Caucasus, Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan.
